Introduction 

If you struggle with your weight, have too much fat around your middle and crave sugar all the time, then you need a low GL diet.

But what happens if you also need to remove gluten and dairy from your diet – as thousands of people do? Until now, this was a case of mixing and matching advice from various sources to cobble together your own plan. But no more!
